Danson Solutions may offer free audits, consultations, reviews, or estimates.

These may include website audits, marketing audits, AI automation reviews, lead generation assessments, or business process reviews.

Free audits and consultations are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not create a client relationship unless a separate agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work is accepted.

Any recommendations provided during a free audit or consultation are based on the information available at the time and may not include a complete technical, legal, financial, or business review.

4. Service Agreements and Project Scope

For paid services, the specific scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities will usually be described in a separate proposal, invoice, contract, statement of work, or written agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed agreement or approved proposal, the signed agreement or approved proposal will control for that specific project.

Project scope may include items such as:

  • Number of website pages

  • Design revisions

  • Features and functionality

  • Automation workflows

  • Integrations

  • Content creation

  • Ad campaign setup

  • Hosting or maintenance responsibilities

  • Delivery timeline

  • Client-provided materials

  • Training or support

Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete projects properly, clients may need to provide:

  • Business information

  • Website access

  • Hosting or domain access

  • CRM or software access

  • Brand assets

  • Logos, images, and videos

  • Written content or approvals

  • Product or service details

  • Compliance requirements

  • Feedback and decisions within a reasonable time

Delays in providing required information, access, approvals, payments, or feedback may delay the project timeline.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide to us are accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to use them.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Depending on the project, we may require:

  • Upfront deposit

  • Milestone payments

  • Monthly retainers

  • Subscription payments

  • Final payment before launch or delivery

  • Payment for third-party tools, software, hosting, ads, or licenses

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, or termination of the project.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid for completed work, consulting, strategy, setup, design, development, or marketing services are generally non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools and platforms, such as:

8. AI Automation and AI-Generated Content

Danson Solutions may help clients use AI tools, automation systems, chatbots, content workflows, or AI-assisted business processes.

AI tools can be powerful, but they may sometimes produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate results. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content, messages, recommendations, or outputs before using them publicly or making business decisions based on them.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, legally compliant, or suitable for every use case.

For sensitive areas such as legal, medical, financial, insurance, education, immigration, employment, or regulated industries, clients should obtain review from qualified professionals before using AI-generated content or automation outputs.

9. Marketing, SEO, and Lead Generation Results

Danson Solutions may provide marketing, SEO, advertising, content, and lead generation services.

While we work to improve visibility, traffic, leads, conversions, and business performance, we do not guarantee specific results, such as:

  • First-page Google rankings

  • A fixed number of leads

  • A specific cost per lead

  • A specific return on ad spend

  • A specific increase in sales

  • Approval by advertising platforms

  • Continuous performance from campaigns

Marketing results depend on many factors, including budget, competition, location, offer quality, website quality, market conditions, customer reviews, sales follow-up, and platform algorithm changes.

10. Website Launch, Maintenance, and Security

If we build or manage a website for you, we may provide launch, maintenance, hosting support, plugin updates, backups, or security services only if included in the agreed scope.

Unless ongoing maintenance is part of your plan, you are responsible for keeping your website, plugins, passwords, hosting, domains, and third-party accounts updated and secure after project completion.

No website or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We are not responsible for security issues caused by weak passwords, outdated software, third-party platform failures, unauthorized access, client-side changes, or services outside our control.

11. Revisions and Approvals

Projects may include a specific number of revisions, as stated in the proposal or agreement.

A revision usually means a reasonable change to existing agreed work. It does not include a full redesign, new feature, new page, new strategy, or major change in direction unless included in the project scope.

Once a client approves a design, page, feature, campaign, automation, or deliverable, additional changes may require extra fees.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Danson Solutions retains ownership of its internal tools, templates, frameworks, processes, code libraries, training methods, workflows, and know-how.

  • Clients retain ownership of their own logos, brand assets, business information, and materials provided to us.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables created specifically for their project.

We may reuse general knowledge, techniques, non-confidential ideas, templates, code components, design patterns, automation structures, and business processes developed through our work.

Clients may not resell, copy, distribute, or claim ownership of Danson Solutions’ proprietary systems, templates, training materials, or internal methods unless we provide written permission.

13. Portfolio Use

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Danson Solutions may display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, sales materials, proposals, or case studies.

This may include your company name, logo, website screenshot, project summary, or general description of services provided.

We will not knowingly disclose sensitive business data, private login information, confidential strategy, or non-public project details without permission.

Both Danson Solutions and the client agree to handle confidential business information responsibly.

Confidential information may include:

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, or regulatory advice unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement with qualified professionals involved.

Any website content, AI output, marketing suggestion, automation recommendation, or business idea we provide should not be treated as professional advice in regulated fields.

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice when needed.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount paid by the client to Danson Solutions for that specific service during the relevant period, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Danson Solutions, its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Required information or access is not provided

  • The client requests unlawful or unethical work

  • The client abuses our team or systems

  • The project becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or outside our capabilities

  • The client violates these Terms

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees owed for work completed, tools purchased, third-party costs, and approved project expenses.

19. Website Content Accuracy

We try to keep the information on our website accurate and updated. However, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Service descriptions, pricing, availability, timelines, and offers may change without notice.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered a binding offer unless confirmed in a written proposal, agreement, or invoice.
